Gentle Expressions, Stark Realities

An awareness poster for the NPO “Kamonohashi Project.” The organization works to protect children from sexual exploitation and human trafficking through on-the-ground support in Cambodia and India, as well as awareness initiatives in Japan, aiming to build a society where children can live safely.

At first glance, the visuals appear gentle and colorful, like illustrations from a picture book, depicting seemingly joyful moments of children’s daily lives. Yet the accompanying copy directly confronts viewers with the harsh realities of exploitation.

This stark contrast provokes strong awareness, suddenly exposing the issues that lurk within everyday life. By presenting multiple scenes, the campaign conveyed the seriousness of the problem from different perspectives, raising public concern and encouraging action.

優しい表現で、突き付ける

NPO法人「かものはしプロジェクト」の啓発ポスター。カンボジアやインドでの現場支援と、日本国内での啓発を通じて、児童買春や人身売買から子どもを守り、安全に生きられる社会を目指しています。

ビジュアルは一見すると絵本のように優しくカラフルで、子どもたちの日常を切り取ったかのような楽しげなイラスト。しかし添えられるコピーは、搾取の現実を真正面から突き付けます。

その落差が受け手に強い気づきを促し、日常の延長に潜む問題を不意に浮かび上がらせます。さらに複数のシーンを展開することで、異なる角度から深刻さを描き出し、社会的関心と行動を喚起しました。
