Yakiniku SEIKOEN

Colors of Yakiniku on the Grill

Poster series for “Seikoen,” an authentic charcoal-grilled yakiniku restaurant. The “grill net” was chosen as the central motif, with its lattice pattern expanded across the entire surface. Shapes and colors of meat and vegetables were layered over it, vividly evoking the stage of glowing charcoal.

Instead of realistic depictions, ingredients were distilled into geometric forms. This suggested taste and aroma while presenting their beauty as abstract patterns. Ample negative space emphasized the dishes’ presence with clarity.

Details such as washi paper texture and silver ink recalled craftsmanship and care. Simple yet layered in depth, the posters conveyed both the refined experience of charcoal-grilled yakiniku and the warmth of a place where people gather.

網の上に広がる焼肉の彩り

本格炭火焼肉舎「清香園」のポスターシリーズ。焼肉を象徴するモチーフとして「網」に着目し、格子を画面全体に展開。肉や野菜の多彩なかたちと鮮やかな彩りを重ね、立ち上る炭火の舞台を鮮やかに描き出しました。

食材は写実的にではなく、幾何学的な形態へと還元。味や香りを想起させながら、抽象的なパターンとしての美を楽しめる構成としました。大きな余白を取り入れることで、料理そのものの存在感を印象的に際立たせています。

仕上げには和紙の質感や銀インクを用い、職人の手仕事を想起させる「本物を丁寧に扱う姿勢」を強調。シンプルでありながら奥行きを持たせた表現によって、上質な炭火焼肉の体験と、人が集い語らう場の温もりを静かに伝えています。
