Aeon Fantasy｜Office
An Office of Changing Seasons
Office design for “Aeon Fantasy,” operator of children’s amusement facilities. The goal was to let employees feel moments of fantasy and joy in daily work. The space was envisioned as a forest reflecting the seasons, creating a soft and playful environment.
Walls in meeting rooms and work areas featured large trees with removable magnets of leaves, flowers, snow, and animals. Employees could rearrange them to enjoy the shifts of spring, summer, autumn, and winter. This simple feature brought discovery and a sense of season into everyday scenes.
Furniture and tools also carried details: whiteboards styled as wooden bulletin boards, round door windows recalling peepholes. With a palette of white and green and patterns evoking the rhythm of trees, the workplace became an “office living in the forest,” full of imagination and delight.
四季がめぐるオフィス
子ども向けアミューズメント施設を運営する「Aeon Fantasy」のオフィスデザイン。社員が日常の中で小さな“幻想性”や楽しさを感じられるよう、空間全体を四季の移ろいを映す森に見立て、働く場を柔らかく演出しました。
会議室や執務スペースの壁面には大きな木を描き、葉や花、雪、動物などをマグネットで着脱できる仕組みを導入。社員が自由に張り替えることで春夏秋冬の変化を楽しめ、遊び心のある仕掛けが働く風景に季節感と発見をもたらしました。
家具やツールにも工夫を凝らし、ホワイトボードは木枠の掲示板風に、扉の丸窓は「覗き穴」を思わせるデザインに。執務空間は白とグリーンを基調に木々のリズムを感じるパターンで構成し、“森の中に息づくオフィス”として設計。想像力と楽しさに満ちた働く場を実現しました。
