Expanding Green Across the City
Branding for “WithGreen,” a salad bowl specialty store founded in 2016 and now operating over 50 locations in Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka, and beyond. Centered on seasonal domestic vegetables, its offerings balance meat and brown rice, with attention to flavor and texture in every bowl.
The 2021 rebranding revisited the meaning behind the name “WithGreen,” creating a visual concept where “a single salad bowl repaints Japan’s tables in green.” A green craft-paint motif symbolized the act of repainting, forming a flexible design system that adapts in scale and proportion while retaining coherence.
Store signage and advertising employed straight paint strokes to clearly present the brand’s axis. Meanwhile, leaflets, point cards, and shopping bags transformed the motif into stripes, waves, crosses, and dots, generating variety and expanding the visual world of the brand.
都市を、緑に塗り替える
サラダボウル専門店「WithGreen」のブランディング。2016年に誕生し、現在は東京・大阪・福岡をはじめ全国50店舗以上へ拡大。国産の旬野菜を中心に、肉や玄米との調和、味や食感の工夫を重ねながら、一杯のサラダボウルを提供しています。
2021年のリブランディングでは、ブランド名「WithGreen」に込められた意味を起点に、「一杯のサラダボウルが、日本の食卓を“緑”に塗り替える」というビジュアルコンセプトを策定しました。緑色のクラフトペイントを象徴的なモチーフとし、「塗り替える」という行為を可視化することで、形や比率を自在に展開できる柔軟なデザインシステムを構築しました。
店頭サインや広告では、直線的なペイントラインによってブランドの軸を明快に提示。一方で、リーフレット、ポイントカード、ショッパーでは、その線をストライプ、ウェーブ、クロス、ドットへと変化させ、多様な表情へと展開しました。ブランドの世界観に広がりを与えながら、都市の中に緑の印象を浸透させています。
